We had a great second Christmas together!  Although the winter is DEFINITELY my least favorite [I hate the cold, I hate running in the cold, and I HATE the lack of sunshine…] Christmas is a good holiday to brighten it up.

Me and how I feel about winter!

We spent a lot of time with family and friends and enjoying the season!  We’ve been very blessed this Christmas season and we’re glad we were able to remember the true reason behind it.

This is one of my favorite Christmas pictures

AND!  A little before the end of finals our friends gave us 8th row tickets to the Jazz game!  That was one of our favorite things this year!

Yeah… we didn’t even have to zoom in the camera.

We also enjoyed doing the classic Christmas things like setting up our decorations, going for Christmas lights drives, going to Temple Square & the Riverwoods, family Christmas parties, and all other sorts of activities.

We kept our annual Christmas Eve traditions of having soup under the Christmas tree, reading the nativity story from the Bible, writing a letter to Christ telling Him a gift we want to give Him this upcoming year, and of course putting out cookies for Santy. Christmas morning we opened our presents, had breakfast, and spent the rest of the day visiting family.  It was a great Christmas and we’re excited for the many more to come.
